CANCELLATION POLICY

After 10 minutes appointments will be canceled and rescheduled due to circumstances DEPOSIT NON REFUNDABLE if i dont inconvenience you. Rescheduling before 24 hrs you can only reuse deposit ONCE you will be charged 100% for no shows if not cancelled within 24 hrs no refunds will be issued. Hair should be washed/ detangled before any appointment, wash can be added with a fee. Please be sure to have your own hair if it’s not a natural color. Do not book same day without making sure it’s still available.
